We quote what it costs
Fixed prices in writing before the work starts. If scope changes, you approve the change before we do it — no surprise invoices.
QT Services was founded on a boring observation: most companies do not have a technology problem, they have a coordination problem.
A web agency builds the site. A freelancer runs the ads. A cousin looks after the laptops. Somebody's assistant keys the invoices in by hand. Each part works, and the whole thing still costs more time than it saves, because the person holding it together is you.
We put those disciplines under one roof and one contract: developers, designers, marketers, IT technicians and back-office specialists who talk to each other without you in the middle. You brief once. We coordinate internally and report back in plain language, in German or English.
Since 2019 we have delivered more than 420 projects for companies in Germany and across Europe — from a three-person practice that needed a working booking system to a logistics group that needed its whole intake process automated.
Fixed prices in writing before the work starts. If scope changes, you approve the change before we do it — no surprise invoices.
If a cheaper package, a different tool or another provider serves you better, we tell you. We would rather lose a sale than sell you something you will regret.
Source code, design files, accounts and documentation are yours. No lock-in, no hostage hosting, no licence you cannot cancel.
We plan with buffer and tell you the moment something slips, with a new date attached. Silence is the one thing we do not do.
From first contact to handover there is no black box. You see progress and always know the next decision waiting for you.
Tell us the problem, not the solution. A short email is enough to start.
With a first assessment, a price range and the questions we still need answered.
45 minutes on the phone, then a fixed scope, price and delivery date in writing.
A staging link, a short update, and one named contact for the whole project.
You get a straight answer on scope, timeline and price — usually within one business day, and never a sales pitch.
